Retirement of Ethan Phaneuf

It is with profound sadness that FirstShot International announces the departure of our esteemed Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ethan Phaneuf, effective May 24th, 2025.  Ethan's leadership has been the cornerstone of our success, and his vision has shaped our company into what it is today.  While we celebrate his many accomplishments and contributions, we also acknowledge the profound sadness we feel as he embarks on a new chapter.  His dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment will be deeply missed.  We extend our heartfelt gratitude for his years of service and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.  

 

Taking the helm as our new CEO is Cody Blake, our current Chief Operations Officer, a highly capable and respected leader within our organization.  While we are confident in Cody's ability to guide FirstShot International into the future, we know that filling Ethan's shoes will be a monumental task.  We will always cherish the legacy he leaves behind.  We are committed to honoring his contributions and continuing to build upon the strong foundation he has established.

 

Ethan's departure marks the end of an era for FirstShot International. His contributions have been immeasurable, and his impact will be felt for years to come. While we are saddened by his departure, we are also excited for the future under Cody's leadership. Cody has been an integral part of our team, and we are confident that he will continue to lead FirstShot International to success.

 

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ethan for his years of dedication and service.  We wish him all the best in his future endeavors and know that he will continue to achieve great things.
